Refund Policy

Free trial

The seven-day free trial costs $0. You are not charged when it expires unless you explicitly complete a paid subscription checkout through Paddle. There is no trial charge to refund.

Cancel a subscription

Workspace owners and admins can open Billing & usage and select Manage billing to cancel through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund that period, and your workspace data is not automatically deleted.

30-day refund window

PETAVORA Systems offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of the charge. This window applies to new subscriptions, renewals and plan upgrades. Requests made after 30 days from the date of charge may be considered at our discretion, but are not guaranteed.

Request a refund

To request a refund within the 30-day window (or to make any refund request), use the support or order link in your Paddle payment receipt or the Paddle customer portal available from Manage billing. Include the order or transaction reference, date of charge and reason for your request. Paddle, as payment reseller, handles payment and refund processing and issues approved refunds to the original payment method. A request is not an automatic approval; any applicable consumer rights and Paddle’s purchase terms still apply. If a payment was made in error or the service did not work as described, explain this in your request.

Plan changes

Upgrades may result in an immediate prorated charge. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal and do not automatically refund the current period. Check the amount shown by Paddle before confirming any change.
