Privacy Policy
PETAVORA Systems is the data controller for the account and service information described here. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Dovren. Businesses using Dovren also decide what customer information they put into their workspaces.

Information we handle
We handle account details such as your name, email address, language preference and sign-in information; workspace details such as your business, team, settings and permissions; and the conversations, contact details, requests, knowledge, files and other content that you or connected channels provide. We also handle usage, billing status, security and activity records needed to run the service.
Payment details are entered through Paddle’s checkout, not a Dovren card form. Paddle handles payment processing and may provide us with subscription and transaction information.
How information is used
We use information to provide the workspace, route customer requests, apply your settings, deliver enabled integrations, manage subscriptions, respond to security or support issues, and maintain an audit trail. When you enable AI features, relevant conversation and knowledge content may be processed to generate suggestions or replies subject to your workspace settings and approvals. Test-mode activity is marked separately and is not sent to a real customer by the test tools.
Who can access it
People in your business can access information according to their assigned roles. Workspace owners and admins control team access and enabled connections. We use infrastructure and service providers to host the app, process sign-in and AI requests, deliver configured channels, and process payments through Paddle. Information may be sent to a connected provider only when its integration is configured and used.
Retention and protection
Workspace data is not automatically deleted when a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled. We keep data while needed to provide the service and for applicable record-keeping or security needs; there is no fixed deletion schedule promised here. Access controls and business-scoped permissions help prevent one workspace from viewing another’s information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can manage your account and workspace information in the app. Workspace owners and admins can export a customer’s stored information or erase personal details using System & privacy; request history may remain without personal details. If you are a customer of a business using Dovren, contact that business first about your information. For billing records held by Paddle, use the details on your Paddle receipt or billing portal.
International use and changes
Information may be processed by providers in other countries. Privacy rights vary by location; applicable law may give you rights to access, correct or delete information. We may update this policy and will show the new effective date on this page.
